Carmen Fantasia (2016)

Commissioned and premired by Brandon Sklute. This rendition was written in 2016 and was inspired by the more well-known Carmen Fantasy for Violin and Orchestra. Sergei Nakariakov performed that edition - from which this arrangement was inspired - on one of his early albums for trumpet. The piece features music from the well-known opera Carmen by Georges Bizet.
